If you are an existing customer and your query is about your home loan or deposit account please call 13 RAMS, that’s 13 7267, Mon–Fri 8am–8pm, Sat–Sun 9am–5pm (AEST) for identification and security purposes.

To report lost or stolen cards, or unauthorised transactions on your RAMS Debit Card between these hours:

Sunday 5pm to 8am Monday
Monday to Friday 8pm to 8am
Friday 8pm to Saturday 9am
Saturday 5pm to Sunday 9am

Prefer a language other than English? We can help.

The Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS National) can help if English is not your first language, and you require the services of an interpreter to speak with RAMS about your home loan. 

Our Telephone Banking Service can arrange for an interpreter to help you with your call should you prefer speaking in another language, subject to availability of translator(s). Simply ask our bank staff for an interpreter when you call us on 13 RAMS, that’s 13 7267.

Who does this specific Protocol and process apply to?

Any AFSLs/ACLs Australian Financial Services Licensees (AFSLs) or Australian Credit Licensees (ACLs) seeking to recruit either a Mortgage Broker or Financial Adviser only.

As a recruiting AFSL or ACL, how do I request a reference?

For reference requests and enquiries relating to RAMS Financial Group Pty Ltd, including Authorised Representatives of RAMS ACL, please email us.

What information is required to request a reference?

Please submit a completed Prospective Representative Consent Form (signed by the prospective representative) and email us, along with your details (Licensee name and AFSL/ACL number).
