We've partnered with Australia Post to offer you another secure way to make withdrawals and deposits to your account. Now, managing your money is even more convenient and accessible.

Deposits

Deposit up to $7,000 cash per day1, including low volume coin deposits and up to $999,999.99 a day in cheques.

Withdrawals

Withdraw up to $1,000 per day.

Other Australia Post services

  • Pay most typical bill payment types with Post Billpay. 2
  • Exchange up to $1,000 with Australia Post’s Coin and Cash Exchange (a flat fee will apply).
  • Purchase Money Orders, Australia Post’s cheque alternative. 

What you need to get started

For your peace of mind, Australia Post staff are held to strict security measures and don’t have access to sensitive customer information, so you can safely and securely complete your transactions. 

What to bring

Bring your RAMS debit card (with a valid PIN) to your local participating Post Office to make the transactions above.3

Important information

  1. Bulk coin deposits will not be accepted, coins up to the value of $20 are accepted. The name on cheques must be identical to the embossment on the RAMS Card, and up to 99 cheques per day will be accepted. Limits for deposits apply (up to $999,999.99 for cheque and up to $7,000 for cash).
  2. Consult your financial institution for terms and conditions of the Bank@Post service.
  3. These services are not available for customers with a passbook account.
